Market is volatile, control your positions! Chase the board with Shunhao Co., Ltd., buy the dip on Yueneng Holdings, Intercontinental Oil & Gas.

Entered the market in 2015, ten years of sharpening the sword. Over the decade, nine times wiped out, repeatedly defeated and reborn, unwavering in my dedication! After nine twists and turns, suddenly looking back, I finally reached the place where the lights are shining brightly! My ancestors are from Ezhou, hence called Nine Phoenixes. Phoenix reborn, focusing on: main line, main dragon, main rise!

  1. Current holdings.

  2. Shunhao Co., Ltd.

  3. Yunnan Energy Holdings.

  4. Intercontinental Oil & Gas.

  5. Today’s operations.

First, take profit and clear out JinNiu Chemical. Yesterday, I sold part of the last position for T+0 trading, and today I exited during the first surge in the early session. Yesterday, the bidding hit the limit down and dropped to zero, but today it couldn’t rise again. It felt weak, so I sold at the high.
In the afternoon, it turned weak then strong again, rising without volume expansion, holding up well. A pullback to the 5-day moving average is a good low-entry opportunity. If missed, so be it. Coming up over 50 points from the bottom is enough. Congratulations to friends on the bus for continuing to profit.

Second, take profit and exit ShunNa Co., Ltd. Yesterday’s strong board, today’s bidding was weak. When it surged near zero, I sold to lock in gains. Slight loss today, but with significant profit yesterday, overall profit realized.

In the afternoon, it hit the limit up again, with a second limit-up, and large order books. The strong keep getting stronger. Wishing those who stayed to keep profiting.

Third, take profit and exit Nongfa Seed Industry. Early session, the first surge gained 7 points, then I decisively took profit. 7 points is the automatic take-profit point for quantitative funds. I sold at 6 points, missing out on an extra point. But it closed down at the end.

Fourth, arrange Shunhao Co., Ltd. Didn’t catch the early move, didn’t buy in, but after it hit the limit, I added to the position. Around 11 am, a small volume spike allowed me to get in. Lucky timing.

Fifth, low buy Yunnan Energy Holdings. The leading stock in e-commerce synergy, the sector retreated but the leader stabilized around the 20-day moving average. Bought low at the moving average.

Sixth, low buy Intercontinental Oil & Gas. A leading stock in the oil and petrochemical sector, after 8 days of correction, it’s near the 20-day moving average and showing signs of stabilization. Expect it to start tomorrow.

  1. Market overview.

The three major indices oscillated and weakened, individual stocks declined. In the afternoon, the decline widened, with the Shenzhen Composite down over 1.5%, and the ChiNext index down over 2%. Total daily volume was 22 trillion yuan, about 50% of yesterday’s volume.

822 stocks closed higher, 4,289 stocks lower. 39 stocks hit the daily limit up, 10 hit the limit down. This is a clear sign of a large-scale sell-off! The loss effect is quite evident.

  1. Market bias.

Rotation-driven market.
Sector grouping has warmed up.

  1. Market review.

The sector grouping sentiment has increased, with most stocks hitting the limit up today. Two four-day limit-up stocks, Sanfangxiang and Farsight, all advanced. Four two-day limit-up stocks, Chitianhua, Xihua Technology, Beijing Investment Development, and Yaxiang Integration, all advanced.

The chemical sector, after initial divergence, strengthened again in the afternoon. Sector divergence turned into consensus. Sanfangxiang hit four limit-ups, Luhua Technology hit three, Chitianhua hit three, Jinjingda surged to the limit, and JinNiu Chemical soared sharply.

The chemical sector, during correction, acts defensively. It also aligns with current price increase logic and Middle East conflict expectations, leading to repeated activity. It’s also the main theme for the current e-commerce synergy.

Congratulations to friends who were trapped in Jinjingda and Hongbaoli yesterday; today they all profitably exited. The sector rebounded after the correction, showing a clear trend. Most stocks doubled their gains today.

Last night, I mentioned the e-commerce synergy sector’s activity. ShunNa Co., Ltd. exceeded expectations with a new limit-up today, boosting the sector. Yunnan Energy Holdings stabilized at the 20-day moving average, showing rebound potential.

However, this sector is also volatile, with some leaders taking turns to rise. The strength varies, mainly due to insufficient volume. Yesterday, I said if this sector can’t recover strongly today, it will just fluctuate. Today proved that.

Early in the session, I highlighted the real estate and consumer sectors’ recovery expectations. The data released yesterday reflected this, mentioning two small-cap stocks: Beijing Investment Development, which hit three consecutive limit-ups today, and Baijiu brand Huangtai Liquor, which is a good low-entry point today.

Also, during the session, I mentioned the oil and petrochemical sector’s leader, Intercontinental Co., Ltd. Why focus on it? Because, amid the market’s extreme correction, the chemical sector has become the main line, and the oil sector, as a defensive play, has adjusted for 8 days and is now near the 20-day moving average with rebound potential. I took a position at the end of the day, hoping for a breakout tomorrow.

  1. Position management.

Main line stocks: 80% of portfolio, 20-30% in individual stocks.
Rotation market: 50% in stocks, 10-20% in individual stocks.
Chaotic period: 30% in stocks, 5-10% in individual stocks.

  1. Tomorrow’s plan.

First, hold current stocks.

  1. Shunhao Co., Ltd.
Focus on computing power + commercial aerospace. Bid volume 50-70 million, up more than 5%. Use volume breakout or one-word limit-up. If expectations are met, add to positions and buy on dips.

  2. Intercontinental Oil & Gas.
Leading stock in oil & petrochemical sector. Bid volume 60-90 million, open more than 2 points below or above. Flat or gap-up opening indicates an over-expected move, consider adding.

  3. Yunnan Energy Holdings.
Old leader in e-commerce synergy. Bid volume no less than 40 million, open more than 2 points below or above. Flat or gap-up opening signals a shift from weak to strong, consider adding.

Second, sector rotation strategy.
Normal resistance at five limit-ups, so avoid stocks with three or four limit-ups now. Focus on first limit-up stocks and second limit-up stocks.

First limit-up stocks: Jinjingda, ShunNa Co., Ltd., Beijing Energy Investment, Shaoguan Hongxin, Haima Automobile.

Second limit-up stocks: Shenhua Development A, China Power Liaoning.

Third, low-entry opportunities.

Jinniu Chemical, Luzhou Tianshui Chemical, Yunnan Energy Holdings, Intercontinental Oil & Gas.

Suitable for beginners and rotation markets. Avoid chasing stocks with multiple limit-ups or fear of high prices. Focus on trend stocks for low-entry.

Main approach: When the market, sectors, and stocks diverge, buy low at the 5-day and 10-day moving averages.

Or when sectors are strong, stocks stabilize above intraday moving averages, or break below zero, buy low.

Don’t chase when main board gains over 2 points or ChiNext over 5 points.

New trend stocks daily supplement this week’s trend stocks. Valid within a week, not necessarily every day.

Trading discipline: When trend stocks break below the 5-day moving average, stop-loss and exit unconditionally. Remove from the trend stock pool. No more watching or asking unless the 10-day moving average stabilizes and surpasses the 5-day.

Trend stocks may fluctuate day by day, buy on dips during down days, sell on surges during up days.

Short-term goal: Hold stocks weekly, with a short-term gain of 7%. Or exit if a big bullish candle over 7 cm appears in a day.

Don’t be greedy. Slow is fast. Achieve 10 cm in a week, and compound at over 30% monthly. Yearly, that’s 10x.
