Middle East Conflict | Hasani: Iran Clash Will End Soon

White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett stated that the Iran conflict will end in the short term, with a basic scenario of 4 to 6 weeks. Currently, progress is ahead of schedule, and he emphasized that President Trump will not back down and will see this through to the end.

He also said that if necessary, the coordination of oil reserve releases could be increased. Futures indicate that oil prices will return to over $50 per barrel later this year, and he will closely monitor the issue of transporting fuel to the West Coast.

Hassett pointed out that the U.S. economy remains strong overall, but there is concern that Asia may reduce its oil exports to the United States.
