After GTC2026, I Deleted 3 AI Projects: Stop Rushing as an Ordinary Person

Some opportunities look like a trend, but they're actually "meat grinders."

After NVIDIA GTC 2026, I made a decision: I cut 3 AI side projects.

Why? Because I discovered a harsh reality: 👉 not everyone is suited for AI

The market stratification is now very obvious:
Top tier: Building models/computing power
Mid tier: Building platforms/tools
Bottom tier: Building applications (most competitive)

Yet most people rush straight to the bottom tier.

The result is: 👉 product homogenization 👉 high traffic acquisition costs 👉 compressed margins

It's not that opportunities are scarce—you're just standing in the wrong position.

Ordinary people are better suited to: Leverage AI, rather than build AI

For example:
Using AI to boost efficiency
Using AI for content creation
Using AI for arbitrage

Comment interaction prompt: Drop an "awake" in the comments, and I'll compile an "AI pitfall-avoidance checklist for ordinary people"
