Working is about accumulating capital, learning skills, and building a network of resources—ultimately so that one day you own your own means of production—even if it starts small: an independent studio, your own brand, or even just a system that generates passive income.


Don't wait until you're 50 and realize that besides "work experience" (and only experience in a specific position), you have nothing else. By then, young people can learn in three months what took you twenty years to accumulate in "experience," and you can't even compete in overtime anymore.
