CNBC Finance APP notes that BNP Paribas in France has upgraded the stock rating of ServiceNow (NOW.US) to “Outperform” and raised the target price from $120 to $140. The investment bank stated that the recent decline in stock price “provides an investment opportunity.”

Analyst Stefan Slowinski wrote: “After experiencing a sell-off in 2025 and further intensification this year (down 23% year-to-date), the risk/reward ratio for ServiceNow stock has become favorable. We believe that software companies need to demonstrate stability in core business, reliable AI monetization growth, and high-quality profit margins (with controlled stock-based compensation expenses). We see these qualities in ServiceNow.”

After further analysis, the analyst stated that he believes ServiceNow’s organic revenue growth rate for its subscription business could reach around 20% by the end of fiscal year 2026, higher than the approximately 18% guidance given in the first quarter. Slowinski added, “If the upgrade speed from Standard and Professional to Pro Plus accelerates, and as customers start returning from purchasing the Assist Pack, we see more upside potential.”
