New World China's first urban renewal project in Shenzhen debuts, with a total construction area of 900,000 square meters.

Viewpoint Network News: On March 14th, New World China’s first urban renewal project in Shenzhen, “New World No. 188,” officially debuted at Longgang Dayun Gateway.

The project covers a total construction area of approximately 900,000 square meters, including residential, commercial streets, office clusters, and public service facilities, aiming to create an integrated industrial and urban development complex in the eastern core area.

Chen Yahao, Executive Director of New World Development and CEO of New World China, stated at the opening ceremony that the project will serve as a new landmark connecting Shenzhen’s industry and lifestyle.

It is understood that the project was formerly the Henggang 188 Industrial Zone. After land rights confirmation in 2023, redevelopment began. The first phase residential group “Zhen Yue” plans for 1,142 units, with layouts ranging from 76 to 180 square meters, including three to five-bedroom units.
