▶︎ Today's Progress: AI Trading MCP
1. Built out a three-layer architecture. Think of it like a filter funnel: raw data goes in at the top, gets processed through tools in the middle, then agents execute at the bottom.
2. Prepped 7 tool specs (what goes in, what comes out, who uses it) for the new MCP release. Engineering team now has what they need.
Lesson learned: Your data stack is your ceiling. I wanted real-time updates, but our infrastructure does daily snapshots. Accept what we have instead of waiting for perfect. Ship daily first, optimize later.
