Domestic Futures Market Opens with Mixed Results; Asphalt and PET Bottle Flakes Rise Over 4%

People’s Financial News, March 16 — Domestic futures markets opened with mixed gains and losses. Asphalt and bottle chips rose over 4%, caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) increased over 3%, ethylene glycol (EG), SC crude oil, styrene (EB), PTA, PX, short fiber, and polypropylene (PP) rose over 2%. Shanghai silver fell over 4%, Shanghai tin dropped over 3%, soybean meal declined over 2%, Shanghai nickel and rapeseed meal fell over 1%, and rubber decreased nearly 1%.
