Changsha Evening News, Palm Changsha, March 15th (All-media Reporter Wu Xinfan) During the “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign, Changsha Bank teamed up with Guangzhou Tianhe Public Security to launch a documentary short film “Yangcheng Anti-Fraud Files.” Using police-bank collaboration and real-life storytelling, this innovative approach actively explores new ways to promote financial consumer rights protection with local characteristics and strong community outreach.

The short film highlights the “Three True” features of “real cases, real police, and genuine emotions,” focusing on areas with high incidences of telecom and online scams. It targets key groups such as the elderly, pet owners, and active internet users, depicting typical scam scenarios like impersonating law enforcement, emotional manipulation, and consumer traps. The film thoroughly dissects scammers’ tactics and speech traps, aiming to make consumers understand, remember, and apply the knowledge. Guangzhou Tianhe police officers appear on camera to recreate key case details from a professional perspective and promote practical anti-fraud knowledge.

The first episode, “The Door,” focuses on a real case of impersonating law enforcement to commit fraud. It vividly reveals how scammers exploit panic, information asymmetry, and “mandatory secrecy” to lure victims into transferring money, further strengthening public awareness of risk recognition and self-protection.

In recent years, Changsha Bank has continuously promoted the shift from traditional knowledge dissemination to scenario-based, case-based, and interactive consumer rights protection education. The launch of “Yangcheng Anti-Fraud Files” is an active exploration of integrating police and banking resources and expanding the scope of consumer protection publicity. Moving forward, Changsha Bank will remain committed to its original mission of financial consumer protection, continuously innovate promotional methods, enrich content, and promote the deep and practical dissemination of financial knowledge and anti-fraud awareness.
