New Development | High-rise building with 3,163 units sold, two units
Capital Strategies (00497) Jordan Nathan Road 350, Kowloon Novotel Hotel Redevelopment Project is nearing completion. Today, two three-bedroom units and one suite were sold through tender, totaling HKD 31.636 million, leaving only one standard unit and a sky terrace luxury unit remaining in the entire project.
The two units sold today both have a practical area of 624 square feet. Unit D on 16th floor, Block A1, was sold for HKD 16.206 million, with a practical price of approximately HKD 25,971 per square foot. The other unit, Unit D on 12th floor, Block A1, was sold for HKD 15.43 million, with a practical price of about HKD 24,728 per square foot.
Capital Strategies Executive Director Ho Lok-fai said that within a week, five transactions have been recorded for the project, with prices quite favorable, reflecting strong market demand. The project is nearly sold out, with only the last remaining standard unit and the sky terrace luxury residence left—located in Room A on the 31st floor of Block A2, called “Seaside Sky Terrace,” a four-bedroom, two-bedroom large residence with a 386-square-foot private terrace, which is expected to set a new high for the project.
Since its launch, Highland has sold 257 units, accounting for over 99% of the total units, with a total cash-in of over HKD 2.45 billion.
