China Power Construction 500MW Offshore Wind Power Project! Public Announcement of the Successful Bidder

On March 13, China Power Construction Sunshine Procurement Network announced the public notice of the shortlisted candidates for the preliminary work of the offshore wind power project at DD1-3 site in Liaoning Province, China Power Construction.
The announcement shows that the first shortlisted candidate is China Power Construction Group Zhongnan Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (lead of the consortium), China Power Construction Group Chengdu Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (member of the consortium), and China Power Construction Group Beijing Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (member of the consortium), with a bid of 91,360,000 yuan. The second shortlisted candidate is China Power Construction Group East China Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., with a bid of 91,850,000 yuan.
The China Power Construction Liaoning Province Offshore Sea Area DD1-3 Site Offshore Wind Power Project is located in the southern sea area of Dandong Donggang City, Liaoning Province, covering an area of 50 km². The total installed capacity of the project is 500 MW, and it is part of the “Liaoning Province Offshore Wind Power Engineering Plan” at the Dandong DD1-3 site.
Scope of bidding: This bidding covers feasibility studies and pre-construction topics. The successful bidder is responsible for handling all necessary procedures for project approval and registration. Feasibility studies include the entire process tasks, completed according to national and power industry standards and content depth requirements. The studies should meet the investment approval and construction initiation requirements of the client. Pre-construction topics include, but are not limited to: wind resource observation, marine hydrological observation, geological reconnaissance and topographic mapping, environmental impact assessment, land use, sea use topics, project navigation safety demonstration, submarine cable routing, grid connection system, social stability analysis report, etc. (detailed work list as per client requirements).
Project service period: All contracted work must be completed within 250 calendar days after signing the contract.
