City Exhibition Hall Draws Attention, Generous Policy Packages

In addition to high-quality positions, Shanwei’s 24-square-meter city exhibition hall in the “Path of Progress” zone became a popular spot for visitors. The hall centered on “Strong Marine City,” incorporating Shanwei’s characteristic elements like waves, beaches, and lighthouses, vividly showcasing the city’s image of “Good seawater, in Shanwei.” It also displayed Shanwei’s 14th Five-Year Plan development changes and the 15th Five-Year Plan blueprint, allowing job seekers to intuitively sense the city’s potential. Inside, content on talent policies, innovation and entrepreneurship environment, intangible cultural heritage, and tourism resources was prominently displayed. To attract and retain talents, Shanwei recently launched several major talent policies: the “Shanwei ‘Good and Beautiful Talents’ Plan” (2026 edition), offering up to 1.1 million yuan in comprehensive subsidies and up to 300,000 yuan in talent housing vouchers; the “Shanwei Urgently Needed Talent List” (2026 edition), covering 144 professions, with those on the list enjoying a “green channel” for public institution recruitment; and the “Shanwei High-Level Talent Recognition Measures” (2026 edition), which include benefits such as children’s education and medical security, effectively addressing talent retention concerns.
