Abstract generation in progress

Kroger’s Atlanta Division is investing $23 million to expand its Parkaire Landing location in East Cobb, increasing its footprint by over 26,000 square feet to a total of 85,000 square feet. The project, including new culinary features, an enlarged deli, expanded produce section, and a 12-pump fuel center, is scheduled for completion in spring 2027. Jamestown, the property owner, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion, which aligns with their vision for the shopping center as a dynamic destination.
