John Deere is rolling out significant updates to its combine and front-end equipment for the 2027 model year, especially for the X9 series. These enhancements include expanding Harvest Settings Automation to support additional crops like lentils and rye, improving Predictive Ground Speed Automation with new Green Crop Detection for better performance in varying crop conditions, and introducing modular half-length concaves for greater versatility. The X9 combines will also feature a larger 550-bushel grain tank, a 35-foot unloading auger, and pre-installed access panels for HarvestLab 3000 integration, aiming to simplify operations and boost efficiency.
