Don't get angry—anger is handing a weapon to your opponent. People who can face others' harsh words with a smile never slam the table. Ruthless individuals silently accumulate strength in silence, sharpening the blade in their hands.

Don't fear conflict. As long as you want to move upward, you will inevitably encounter collisions and confrontations. The appearance of opponents is an essential part of growth.

Be sure to remember: do not provoke trouble without cause, and do not fear trouble when it arises. If others do not offend me, I will not offend them; if others offend me, I will repay the grudge. Carry a fierce attitude that refuses to be infringed upon—that is your confidence to stand firm.

To become strong, you must learn to oppose your own nature while adapting to others' natures. Don't compete for what others like; don't force what others care about. Gracefully give them what they value, and they will willingly follow you.

Eighty percent of people have a lazy nature, yet the strong choose the opposite path of the masses: while others indulge in dramas for entertainment, you focus on your career; while others indulge in fantasies, you work steadily on your tasks. Powerful people are not born strong—they simply never sink into the inertia of laziness. If you indulge your instincts blindly, you will ultimately remain trapped at the bottom.

Speech always has only three purposes: to delight the other person. If your words cause discomfort, it’s better to remain silent. Empower others, convey value, inspire them, and boost their motivation. Create tangible benefits that lead to cooperation, opportunities, or wealth; otherwise, there’s no need to speak unnecessarily.

When feeling full of grievances, you must also restrain the urge to vent. People with weak mindsets and thin skin are not worthy of discussing wealth.

Break free from the shackles of a bottom-tier mentality. The strong are always solitary; they never care about others’ opinions or gossip, maintaining inner peace and composure. The poor often care too much about others’ judgments—just a few idle words can cause them to toss and turn at night.

The weak always blindly pursue a sense of security: fear of losing their jobs, divorce, illness. But in this world, there is no such thing as absolute stability. Before you are truly strong, money is your greatest sense of security. Nothing else can be relied upon.

What is the true mindset of a strong person? Like children in Disneyland— even if they fall, they don’t cry because they know more fun awaits ahead.

If you see life as a playground full of surprises, when you fall, you won’t drown in sadness; you’ll get up faster and keep moving forward. The biggest gap between people often stems from different environments of growth.

Experts always actively place themselves in higher-quality, more nourishing environments to grow wildly. If you feel weak all the time, it means your current circle is draining your energy.

Decisively block those who drain your energy. Even if you have to temporarily “kneel,” fight desperately to enter circles of people who are more outstanding than you. It’s not that you become stronger first to enter the environment of the strong; it’s that you enter the environment of the strong first, then gradually become powerful.
