On March 16, China State Construction released a brief report on its operating situation for January-February 2026.New contracts signed in January-February 2026 totaled 719.8 billion yuan, representing a year-over-year increase of 0.9%. Among these, new contracts for construction business amounted to 693.5 billion yuan, a year-over-year increase of 1.9%. Real estate business contract sales reached 26.3 billion yuan, a year-over-year decrease of 19.9%.
