Morning bidding information:

  1. China Oil Capital, largest order, RMB settlement, trillion-market-cap stocks, not very sincere.
  2. Boen Group, three groups, honestly, three is just like that. If you feel Wang Li’s toughness exceeds expectations, you can consider doing the toughness three, which often brings waterfall sell-offs.
  3. Oriental Ocean, weekend fermentation of marine economy, but previous hype on marine economy didn’t last.
  4. Huaneng LiaoNeng, last-minute single-character, offshore wind power, still a segment of marine economy, from the name perspective, Huaneng helps Huaneng.
  5. Bidding for strategic stocks: Huagong, Sifang.

Risk/Opportunity insights and analysis for bidding:

  1. At 9:19, reminder that Zhongnan Culture has no more orders, so there are ongoing divergent expectations in the power sector.
China Oil Capital has big orders, but this is a trillion-market-cap stock, RMB settlement news is stimulating.
Boen, as mentioned before, three, so watch for cancelation actions at 9:20 and whether there’s a sell-off at open.

  2. At 9:20, reminder that China Oil and Hailian are single-character, indicating RMB settlement and payment news.
As previously mentioned, the guidance is a move from one to two.

  3. At 9:26, reminder that Oriental Ocean is weekend fermentation of marine economy, those with positions can watch, and those aiming for the highest can consider. Marine economy is well-remembered, and expectations are strong, so be aware.
China Oil’s largest order, the fastest to open the board with RMB settlement, can be considered. These are short-term ideas, but China Oil’s theme has a critical issue: opening a single-character with a trillion market cap can easily backfire with collective profit-taking.

  4. At 9:27, LiaoNeng grabbed a single-character, so watch if there’s additional buying at open. If not, it might be a trap, but if there is buying, it suggests a potential rebound in the power sector.
Observe whether Boen is selling off; last week, Kuntai already had a two-board sell-off. That’s typical for three. It’s about eliminating consensus.
Huagong and Sifang are strategic stocks; Sifang is RMB-settled, but the buying isn’t low.

  5. At 9:28, Baichuan is again buying, so watch the bonds. A turn in bonds indicates continued strength or divergence in the chemical sector, and you can look for opportunities to buy on dips if the opposition gives a chance.
Marine economy stocks have risen significantly, so observe whether the opening price matches expectations. Under short-term thinking, taking the first stock with high turnover is fine.

From the end of bidding, the key takeaways are:

  1. Both sides are still betting; negative feedback in the power sector isn’t exaggerated, chemical sector’s strength isn’t obvious, and new themes aren’t very strong, so the opening is crucial.
  2. China Oil’s new single-character suggests the strongest rotation, but be cautious of the risks of a trillion-market-cap stock backfiring.
  3. Oriental Ocean’s single-character indicates the strongest rotation, but watch for order book not exceeding expectations and past issues.
  4. LiaoNeng’s single-character, observe if there’s a flow-back in power stocks.
  5. Zhongnan opened the board, with continued divergence expectations in power.

After bidding ends, you can focus on whether two new themes are showing batch movements, and whether the strongest rotation is being engaged. Watch the seesaw effect between the two main lines: whether chemical stocks profit-taking or continue strength, and whether power stocks are flowing back or divergence persists.

Today’s operations:

  1. A trade broke the five-day moving average during bidding; chemical stocks surged at open, indicating power flow back was blocked. Sold all of Jin Kai for 3 points.
  2. Shun Na rose against the trend, with a 6-point dip below the waterline, touching Neng Ke. The logic was written yesterday: computing power flow back, so there’s a high chance of subsequent power flow back. Keep the theme of power flow back, Neng Ke is core, with a strong trend above the five-day moving average.
  3. Baichuan bought on dips, touched bonds, then turned around, nearly flat.
  4. Tiandi Online hit the limit-up, AI application oversold logic activated, Zhejiang Wen’s zero axis recovered.

Today’s review:

Stick to the rotation strategy, which will run throughout the entire rotation period.
Today’s market still clearly shows rotation: in the morning, chemical stocks surged, looking very convincing, right? But with quantification + rotation, deviations at high points are exit signals. Conversely, continued divergence in themes creates value opportunities—find opposing core stocks. Essentially, trading intraday should avoid random orders; at least think about who you’ll sell to tomorrow and whether there’s logical support.

Check the consecutive limit-ups:
3 boards:
SanFangXiang, logically three, with bonds, Jiangsu.
Fale Sheng, previously three, trend reversal, but today also deviated—note Jiangsu.

2 boards:
ChiHua Tian, trend accelerating, also deviated, with high volume + weak close, watch if chemical stocks can flow back.
Jing Tou, positive news single-character, divesting real estate.
Yaxiang Integration, big gap + high stock price, two boards, Jiangsu.
Xi Hua, wind power, closed higher, active, watch tomorrow’s performance.

First boards:
Oriental Ocean, marine economy single-character, no sustained fermentation.
China Oil Capital, RMB settlement news boost, trillion market cap, no small players.
Huaneng LiaoNeng, offshore wind, last-minute buy-in during bidding, but wind power performance is average; see if there’s flow-back tomorrow.
Shenhua Fa A, three.
Shun Na, trend dip but moderate momentum.
Ding Xin, triggered by Shun Na’s break, pushing Shun Na.
Tiandi Online, oversold.
