Securities Daily, March 11 — Taitong Co., Ltd. stated during a research inquiry that the company has partnered with Qinghe Jingyuan to jointly build a full industry chain technological barrier from “lithium niobate single crystal - lithium niobate wafer - heterogenous integration equipment - lithium niobate heterogenous thin film wafer.” They are working together to tackle low-damage surface activation, high-quality bonding technology, and to optimize heterogenous integration processes to improve product yield and performance stability.
