Abstract generation in progress

L3Harris Technologies has significantly reduced the production time for hypersonic propulsion components by tenfold through advancing additive manufacturing processes and implementing a digital production line. This initiative, part of the GAMMA-H program, focuses on 3D printing high-temperature components from powdered metal, integrating advanced robotics, and autonomous monitoring to streamline production and minimize external supplier reliance. The goal is to establish a “factory of the future” model for rapid, cost-effective, and scalable manufacturing of scramjet engines.
