Megatech Intelligence (03268) On its first day of listing, Megatech Intelligence opened at HKD 29.04, 0.6% higher than the IPO price of HKD 28.86. The trading volume was HKD 68.18 million. Based on 100 shares per lot, the paper profit per lot is HKD 18.
According to the allocation results, Megatech Intelligence received 58,000 applications in the Hong Kong public offering, with 16,000 accepted, representing an oversubscription of 173.12 times. The success rate for one lot (100 shares) is 5%, with a guaranteed lot for subscribing to 100 lots (10,000 shares). The “ballot” received 70 lots (7,000 shares).
The international offering was oversubscribed 3.5 times.
Megatech Intelligence’s dark pool trading on Monday remained stable, with Futu dark pool closing at HKD 29.4, 1.9% above the IPO price of HKD 28.2. The paper profit per lot is HKD 54. Yau Tai and Bright Smart closed up 0.5% and 0.14%, respectively. In Bright Smart’s dark pool, Megatech Intelligence once dipped to HKD 28.2, a maximum decline of 2.3%, resulting in a paper loss of HKD 66 per lot.
Megatech Intelligence issued 35 million H-shares, with 10% available in the public offering, raising HKD 1.01 billion.
