Temporary restrictions on car refueling implemented in Tehran and other locations in Iran

According to a report by the Islamic Republic News Agency of Iran on the 8th, Tehran and other areas such as East Azerbaijan Province have temporarily limited car refueling due to attacks on oil storage facilities. The report states that to ensure fuel supply, some affected areas will temporarily set a limit on refueling with personal fuel cards, reducing the limit from 30 liters to 20 liters. Meanwhile, natural gas supplies are sufficient, and all natural gas stations in Tehran and East Azerbaijan Province are open 24 hours. The report also mentioned that despite disruptions to oil supply, measures such as relying on strategic reserves and activating alternative routes ensure that there is no need to worry about fuel shortages.
