Having a good attitude in the workplace:

The essence of working is to earn money: you are here to work and make money, and only your salary is real; other people and matters shouldn't bother you too much.
Workplace emotional management:
If colleagues gossip about you, just smile and don't argue.
If your boss criticizes you, just listen and don't waste energy on internal conflict.
Don't easily resign because of temporary grievances or interpersonal issues.
Zen-like work mentality: As long as the company doesn't fire you and you get paid on time at the end of the month, everything else is just "trivial matters." There's no avoiding frustration at work; everyone experiences it. Keep a calm mindset.
