Victory Capital Management Inc. has slightly reduced its stake in Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ:ADP) by 0.7%, selling 4,708 shares and now owning 694,891 shares valued at $203.95 million. Other institutional investors have shown mixed activity, with some buying new stakes and others increasing their holdings. Automatic Data Processing also announced a $6 billion share repurchase plan and declared a quarterly dividend of $1.70 per share.
