Iran claims to have "destroyed" a US military helicopter base inside Kuwait.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued a statement on the 9th saying that the Navy of the Revolutionary Guard used multiple types of drones and cruise missiles early that morning to strike and “destroy” a U.S. military Udayri helicopter base inside Kuwait. The statement said this operation was “extremely critical,” and the Revolutionary Guard destroyed fuel tanks, helicopter landing pads, and other logistical and support facilities at the base. On February 28, the United States and Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran, and Iran immediately retaliated by attacking Israeli and U.S. military bases in the Middle East.
