Gelonghui March 9 — *ST Baoying (002047.SZ) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Guangdong Baoying Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Baoying Construction Tech”), recently received the “High-Tech Enterprise Certificate” jointly issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance, and the Guangdong Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration. The certificate number is: GR202544001025, issued on December 19, 2025, with a validity period of three years.
