On March 9th, Anshi Semiconductor (China) announced that its self-developed “12-inch platform” innovation has successfully achieved small-batch mass production of 12-inch wafer bipolar discrete devices. Additionally, a new ESD protection device based on 12-inch wafer testing has also been successfully developed, providing optimized protection for transmission lines and effectively safeguarding against electrostatic discharge (ESD), surge currents, and short circuits.
