Recently acquired this project and decided to manage the risk exposure myself. The main factor I value is the execution capability of the development team—the key person in charge has been pushing the project to implementation and maintains interactions with industry leaders. This background indeed can increase the probability of success. Of course, investing in any project requires rational assessment; my participation is based on my judgment of the team and the direction. Proper risk management is more important than anything else.
