Has the housing price bottomed out?

Has the government started to implement favorable policies?

In the summer, I listed my house for sale,
and in just half a year, the price shrank by hundreds of thousands.
Despite that, I still haven't sold it.

My friend’s situation is even worse—bought a house for 2.6 million,
with high-end renovation and a top school district,
but now it's listed at 1.35 million, and no one wants it.

The agent says there are people viewing, but almost no one is placing an order.
In half a year, the decline has exceeded 20%.
When will it stop?

Today, the VAT was reduced from 5.3% to 3%,
but to me, it doesn’t seem like good news.

Falling housing prices are like tokens being trapped—
afraid to sell at a low price and take a loss,
but holding on feels like there's no bottom, only lower prices ahead.
People seem to always face this awkward dilemma.
