Yesterday's pre-market analysis of silver futures, many people are still pondering, and you can understand it just by looking at Figure 1.
Here's the key point—considering the combination of silver futures, spot silver, and silver stocks, there is still a chance after the decline adjustment. Let me explain the underlying pattern.
The pattern is very clear: usually, gold futures lead the way with an initial rise, followed by silver futures. But every so often, this situation occurs—silver futures suddenly surge, and the increase instantly surpasses that of gold futures. Once this surpassing happens, the only response from silver futures is one word: decline. In the short term, a quite fierce drop will occur.
After the decline, the cycle restarts. When gold futures lead the rally again, silver futures will follow closely. This cycle repeats. Grasping this rhythm provides a tradable direction for the market.
