After picking up the kids this afternoon, I went to the neighborhood supermarket to buy some things. I saw a young woman in the community who is always around (26 years old, a real estate saleswoman married to a 62-year-old real estate executive). Seeing her bulging belly, it seems she's about to have a second child. If this had happened three years ago, I would definitely have scolded her. But now, I think I understand. Actually, this young woman's dressing isn't provocative at all; it's quite ordinary. Adults know what they want and understand how to make choices. She's actually a shrewd woman.
In 2011, when I first joined the automobile factory, three of my classmates were assigned to the same production line. One of them bought some things for the team leader first, becoming the first employee to leave the work station. We all talked behind his back, planning to isolate him.
In 2014, trembling, I took 3,000 yuan to find the section chief of the neighboring production line, hoping to transfer under him. Taking this step changed many underlying logics completely.
If you can't change the environment, adapt to it. The earlier you adapt, the sooner you succeed.
