Grayscale Expands Digital Asset Suite with New Cardano Trust ETF Registration

Grayscale has taken another step in broadening its cryptocurrency investment products. On August 12, 2025, the firm successfully completed the official registration of its Cardano Trust ETF in Delaware, marking a significant addition to its growing portfolio of digital asset offerings.

According to Delaware corporate filings, the newly registered entity carries the identification number 10293424 and operates as a Statutory Trust structure. CSC Delaware Trust Company has been appointed as the registered agent, with the trust’s official address located at 251 Little Falls Drive in Wilmington, Delaware 19808.

This registration move reflects Grayscale’s strategic interest in providing regulated investment exposure to Cardano (ADA), one of the major proof-of-stake blockchain networks. The trust structure allows investors to gain indirect exposure to Cardano’s native token through a traditional investment vehicle, aligning with the broader institutional adoption trend in the crypto space.

The Delaware-based registration is part of Grayscale’s larger initiative to meet growing demand for cryptocurrency investment products.
