Honestly, I'm not a top expert in the crypto world; I'm just an experienced investor who has gone through two liquidation events and has been rolling through various pitfalls.
But liquidation itself isn't scary; what's scary is losing everything without understanding where the problem lies, and then repeatedly stumbling in the same place. $BTC $ETH
This year, a fan came to me with 2000U, wanting to recover the money lost in a previous contract. I didn't explain complex technical indicators like moving average convergence or MACD divergence; instead, I shared the three red lines I personally learned the hard way that you must not touch.
After three months, his account grew to 30,000U, and he was never forcibly liquidated during the entire process.
**How to allocate funds?**
Split 2000U into three parts: 700, 700, and 600. This allocation is very strict—never misuse, strictly enforce. The first part is for short-term contracts, opening positions at most 3 times a day, closing immediately after profit or loss, and turning off the app; the second part is for waiting for trend signals—if there's no weekly bullish alignment or volume breakthrough of key resistance, I stay completely out of the market and observe; the third part is an emergency reserve, used to add precise positions during rapid market drops or when nearing liquidation, ensuring the principal isn't completely wiped out.
**When is the right time to enter?**
Only trade when there's a confirmed trend profit. Three signals are essential—if the daily chart isn't in a bullish arrangement, stay out and wait; only attempt small trades when volume breaks previous highs and the daily chart effectively supports, and only then; when profits reach 30% of the principal, take half of the profits off the table immediately, and protect the remaining position with a 10% trailing stop.
**How to lock in emotions?**
Set your trading plan before entering—this is non-negotiable—strictly limit stop-loss to 3%, and if triggered, automatically close the position; when profits reach 10%, move the stop-loss up to the cost price; before midnight each night, shut down your computer and uninstall the app to eliminate late-night emotional trading.
The crypto market never lacks opportunities; what’s truly missing are those who can survive and make money. If the principal is lost, the game is over. So, first follow the rules, then focus on technical analysis.
