Starting from 400 USDT, users earn 1 point; as trading volume increases, points grow in tiers. The system accounts for both buy and sell activities, preventing single-direction volume manipulation and balancing activity with fairness.

Account Balance Points

In addition to trading volume, Gate snapshots the total value of USDT and BTC assets in the contract account daily and awards fixed points based on balance ranges.

• 100–1,000 USDT: 1 point/day
• 1,000–10,000 USDT: 2 points/day
• 10,000–100,000 USDT: 3 points/day
• ≥100,000 USDT: 4 points/day

Note that funds in the “Yu Bi Bao” (余币宝) savings do not count toward this.

Invitation Points

Inviting new users to participate in contract trading is another way to earn points. Each successfully invited user grants 1 point; inviting 2 users grants 2 points; inviting 3 or more grants 3 points/day.
