Blockchain game Xai sues AI company for trademark infringement

[Bit推] The Ethereum-based game L3 Xai has filed a lawsuit against an artificial intelligence company, accusing it of trademark infringement and unfair competition. The lawsuit was filed on Thursday in the Northern District of California, alleging that the company has harmed the Xai brand. Ex Populus, the Delaware company behind Xai, stated that it has been using the XAI trademark in U.S. commerce since June 2023, including through its Blockchain game ecosystem and XAI Token. The lawsuit documents state: This is a typical trademark infringement case that requires court intervention for remedy.
