[Chain News] PANews, August 14 – According to reports, the operator of South Korea's largest crypto assets platform will partner with Vietnam's MB Bank to launch Southeast Asia's first domestic digital asset exchange. The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding at a business forum held in Seoul. According to the agreement, the operator will become MB Bank's main strategic partner, sharing its technology and infrastructure, and providing consulting in regulatory compliance, investor protection, and talent development. MB Bank is a joint-stock commercial lending institution established in 1994 and is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Defense. It is one of the five largest banks in Vietnam, serving 33 million customers, with total assets nearing 50 billion USD.
