I’m talking to a LIVE person over @fx to help me solve a bank integration issue.
1. I called THEM and not the other way around so no scams.
2. I waited for probably about 10 seconds before I was connected.
This is blowing my mind.
Besides @iTrustCapital I can’t get anyone on the phone for tech support. It’s a constant battle of chat bots, back and forth emails and in app messaging which usually leads to ZERO help. Anyhow, this guy J.R. From tech support is doing a good job so far.
