The Hong Kong listed company Guofu Quantum invested 489,000 USD to subscribe for 18% of the shares in the RWA tokenization company Rtree.

According to Techub News, Hong Kong-listed company Guofu Quantum Innovation Co., Ltd. announced that it has recently invested USD 489,000 through its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary to subscribe for shares of Rtree Tech Service, currently holding 18% of the total issued share capital of Rtree.

According to the information provided by Rtree, it is a high-tech growth company established in the British Virgin Islands, which has developed RWA tokenization business based on its existing decentralized token platform. Rtree officially launched on the Ethereum mainnet in the first half of this year, introducing two types of RWA products: art collateral lending services and on-chain fixed income bonds. Currently, Rtree plans to gradually cover a diversified asset class including gold, stocks, ETFs, and futures options, to build a full-category RWA issuance platform.
