Since Bitcoin surged to 120,000 last night, there has been some pullback, but it continues to hover high with sideways fluctuations. However, Ether has started to decline, breaking below 3,650 and reaching a low of around 3,580. The overall trend has shifted from strong to weak, and the previous range of 3,620 to 3,750 has been breached. The market will enter the next range of around 3,480 to 3,640. During the day, we positioned for a pullback, and the market also rose to 118,700 before dropping back to around 3,680. The bullish trend is not obvious. Additionally, Bitcoin has repeatedly failed to hold above 119,000 after several surges, and has also fallen back multiple times, so it will continue to test the support level around 116,000.

From the perspective of the eight-hour level, after breaking the midline of the Bollinger Bands, the navigation situation has not effectively stabilized or rebounded, and there is still a certain degree of downward continuation.
