According to reports, the virtual coin investment eyewash from the mainland has developed to Hong Kong, with at least 118 people falling into the eyewash and total losses amounting to approximately 3.2 million HKD. The Hong Kong police revealed that on July 15, 4 local residents were arrested for "conspiracy to commit fraud". They are suspected of hosting promotional dinners for the mainland virtual coin eyewash, attracting victims and collecting fraud funds totaling 3.89 million HKD, with only a small amount withdrawn, leaving approximately 3.2.
