According to the latest news from CoinVoice and a report from CoinDesk, JPMorgan Chase stated in a research report that despite the continuous upgrades of the Ethereum blockchain, its activity level has not significantly increased.
The bank pointed out that since the Dencun upgrade in March 2024, average fees and total costs have decreased, while daily transaction volume and the number of active addresses have not shown substantial growth.
In addition, the futures position indicates that institutions have played an important role in the recent rise of ETH. Ethereum launched the Pectra upgrade on May 7, aimed at streamlining the staking process, enhancing wallet functionality, and improving overall efficiency.
