Methods to Enhance Yang Energy

Combing hair in the morning: Use a comb every morning to comb from the forehead to the back dozens to a hundred times, making the body slightly warm, and the yang energy is raised.
Sunbathing the back: Around 10 or 11 a.m., lie face down and sunbathe for ten to twenty minutes to supplement yang, warm yang, and dispel cold dampness.
Kneeling and soaking feet: Kneel while soaking feet, consciously rub the soles of the feet, stimulate the Yongquan point, and draw scattered external yang energy back to the root.
Massaging the abdomen: On an empty stomach in the morning or before bed, center around the navel, rotate clockwise forty-nine times, then counterclockwise forty-nine times, to open the middle jiao.
Eating to generate yang: Drink ginger jujube tea, brewed with fresh ginger, Xinjiang big jujubes, old brown sugar, rose flowers, etc., steep for fifteen minutes before drinking.
Elevating emotions: Relax the liver and relieve depression, relax the mood, smooth the liver meridian, and when liver qi flows smoothly, yang energy rises.

1. Combing hair

Morning combing, the Baihui point on the top of the head is the gathering point of all yang energy
Combing from the forehead to the back dozens to a hundred times, slight body warmth indicates yang energy is raised

2. Sunbathing the back

Sunbathing the back is like a heavenly moxibustion, sunbathing the two meridians on the back (Du meridian governs yang energy, bladder meridian expels evil)
Sunbathe from 10 to 11 a.m. for 10-20 minutes, do not sun the head, and do not blow wind after sunbathing

3. Kneeling + soaking feet

Kneeling (Diamond position) presses on the stomach meridian, spleen meridian, and Yongquan point (the starting point of the kidney meridian)
While kneeling, soak feet, rub the soles to draw yang energy back to the origin, and feeling sleepy after soaking indicates yang energy has returned to its place

4. Abdominal massage

The middle jiao is blocked, preventing yang energy from rising or descending, so massage the abdomen to open the middle jiao
Center around the navel, rotate clockwise and counterclockwise 49 times each, 10-15 minutes in the morning and evening

5. Eating to raise yang

Eat warm foods to raise yang, recommended ginger jujube tea (3 slices of fresh ginger with skin, 6 red dates, 1 rose, old brown sugar)
Brew with boiling water and steep for 15 minutes, drink in the morning; can add dried tangerine peel, perilla, and Afei has ginger jujube tea and paste

6. Elevating emotions to raise yang

Raising yang through emotions means soothing the liver, as liver stagnation can weaken the spleen, causing internal exhaustion and damaging the stomach and spleen
Poor spleen and stomach health may be due to tension; slow down and relax a bit
You can also promote liver qi by pushing the liver meridian.
