Abraxas Capital will use half of its funds to buy HYPE Spot, with Holdings reaching 56 million USD.
On December 1, according to monitoring by HyperInsight, two addresses marked as Abraxas Capital (0x5b5, 0xb83) transferred approximately 62 million USD to Hyperliquid yesterday to increase their holdings in HYPE Spot, and hedged defensively with a 5x leveraged HYPE short order. Due to today's market fall, the current HYPE Spot holdings amount to approximately 56.4 million USD, accounting for about half of the total account funds of the two addresses on Hyperliquid. Additionally, monitoring shows that since November, the institution has continued to take profit on multiple currency short orders, with the total holdings scale decreasing from 760 million USD on November 3 to 146 million USD, and there have been successive withdrawals to on-chain Wallets. Before closing positions, it was the address with the largest holdings scale on Hyperliquid. Currently, its main short positions are: ETH holdings scale of 82.02 million USD, unrealized gains of 19.97 million USD (245%); HYPE holdings scale of 62.39 million USD, unrealized gains of 22.59 million USD (220%).
