Brown University and Emory University jointly hold over 65 million USD in Bitcoin-related assets.

On November 16, according to Decrypt, the latest 13F filings submitted to the SEC by U.S. universities show that as of September 30, Brown University held approximately $13.8 million in BlackRock IBIT holdings, while Emory University held 1,023,417 shares of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, valued at approximately $51.82 million, significantly increasing its holdings compared to the previous quarter, and disclosed that it holds 4,450 shares of iShares Bitcoin Trust, valued at approximately $289,000. The previous report stated that Harvard University held 6,813,612 shares of IBIT (BlackRock Spot Bitcoin ETF) as of September 30, valued at $442.8 million. Compared to the 1,906,000 shares disclosed in June, the open interest surged by 257%. The filings also disclosed holdings of 661,391 shares of GLD Gold ETF (State Street's Gold ETF), valued at $235 million, an increase of 99% from the June holding of 333,000 shares.
