Stewards has completed a $10 million PIPE financing to establish the DOLO digital asset treasury.
PANews, November 4th news, according to Globenewswire, the US OTC trading listed company Stewards announced that it has reached a $10 million Token exchange equity financing deal with the Dolomite Foundation. This transaction adopts the private sale investment (PIPE) model, and it is reported that the funds will be used to support Stewards in establishing a digital asset treasury for the Dolomite native Token DOLO.
