[CEX's third quarter revenue rose by 37%, Ethereum trading proportion increased] CEX announced its financial report for the third quarter of 2025, showing that both trading volume and revenue increased compared to the previous quarter and year-on-year. The trading revenue for the third quarter reached $1 billion, an increase of 37% compared to the previous quarter, nearly doubling compared to the same period last year. The trading activity of Ethereum has significantly increased, accounting for 22% of the total volume (up from 15% in the previous quarter), while the share of trading revenue also rose from 12% to 17%. Although Bitcoin trading still dominates, its share has declined. CEX CEO Brian Armstrong stated that the company acquired an additional 2,772 Bitcoins in the third quarter, continuing to increase its total holdings. In addition, the number of CEX employees rose by 12% month-on-month, and the stock price increased by 2.5% in after-hours trading following the earnings report.
