Gate News 消息，3 月 7 日，OpenAI 与甲骨文公司已决定不再推进在美国得克萨斯州扩建大型人工智能数据中心的计划。此前双方围绕该项目的谈判因融资问题以及 OpenAI 需求持续变化而长期停滞。知情人士表示，谈判最终告吹后，为 Meta 的介入提供了机会。Meta 目前正考虑向开发商 Crusoe 租赁位于得州阿比林、原计划用于扩建的数据中心场地。据悉，英伟达在促成 Meta 与该开发商接触的过程中发挥了推动作用。
