American Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs continue to experience net outflows, with total net outflows exceeding $670 million yesterday.
As of October 31, according to SoSoValue data, the Bitcoin spot ETF in the United States recorded a consecutive two-day net outflow of $488 million yesterday. Among the 12 Bitcoin ETFs yesterday, none experienced net inflows;
BlackRock's IBIT led the daily net outflow with nearly $291 million (2,720 BTC), bringing its total net outflow to $65.05 billion;
Following are Ark & 21Shares ARKB, Bitwise BITB, and Fidelity FBTC, which recorded net outflows of $65.62 million (614.45 BTC), $55.15 million (516.40 BTC), and $46.55 million (435.85 BTC) respectively yesterday;
Grayscale's GBTC and Bitcoin experienced net outflows of $10.01 million (93.75 BTC) and $8.49 million (79.46 BTC) yesterday;
Invesco BTCO and VanEck HODL recorded net outflows of $7.96 million (74.57 BTC) and $3.78 million (35.35 BTC) yesterday;
As of now, the total net asset value of Bitcoin spot ETFs is $143.94 billion, accounting for 6.71% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization, with a cumulative net inflow of $61.38 billion.
On the same day, Ethereum spot ETFs also experienced a net outflow of $184 million for the second consecutive day;
BlackRock's ETHA led with a net outflow of $118 million (31,750 ETH) yesterday, with a total net inflow of $14.21 billion to date;
Following are Bitwise ETHW and Fidelity FETH, which recorded net outflows of $3.114 million (8,380 ETH) and $1.853 million (4,980 ETH) respectively yesterday;
Notably, aside from Grayscale's ETHE, which was the only ETF without net fund movement yesterday, the other eight ETFs all experienced varying degrees of net outflows;
Currently, the total net asset value of Ethereum spot ETFs is $24.99 billion, representing 5.51% of Ethereum's total market cap, with a total net inflow of $14.47 billion.
In summary, as the Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF markets continue to "bleed," it indicates that investor interest in cryptocurrency ETFs may be waning, and the market could be entering a correction phase.
Investors and analysts should closely monitor ETF performance to assess market sentiment and develop risk hedging strategies to prepare for future market trends.
