Citi raises Li Ning's target price to 15.91 Hong Kong dollars, with a neutral rating

Jinsan data news on January 27th, Citigroup published a report pointing out that it maintained the net profit forecast for Li Ning (02331.HK) in 2024, and lowered the forecasts for 2025 and 2026 by 12% and 9% respectively, and also lowered the turnover by 4% to reflect the management's latest and more cautious guidance. Citigroup further lowered the profit margin expectations for Li Ning to reflect the latest announcement of the COC cooperation protocol by Li Ning. The bank believes that the group's revenue rise will accelerate significantly in 2026, as the benefits of the COC cooperation will be fully launched. The bank raised the target price of Li Ning from HK$14.36 to HK$15.91, which is equivalent to a forecasted P/E ratio of 13 times this year, and maintained a neutral rating.
