On January 18, Jinshi data, it was reported that Samsung Electronics has decided to pay a portion of the executives' compensation (bonuses) in the form of stocks for the first time, while all previous bonuses were paid in cash. Moreover, the number of stock rewards that executives finally receive is directly linked to the company's stock price.
