The US Department of Justice plans to release a special prosecutor's report accusing Trump of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

PANews, January 14th - According to Bloomberg, the US Department of Justice plans to publicly release Special Counsel Jack Smith's final report, accusing Donald Trump of alleged illegal conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Previously, the report had been sent to some members of Congress. In the report, Smith said that the evidence collected by his office was sufficient to convict President-elect Trump in the trial, but the relevant procedures were not pushed forward because Trump was about to be re-elected as president. A court document on January 11th showed that Smith had resigned as special prosecutor and left the Justice Department.
